 The Project Manager is critical to the success of the project. Introduced at an early stage the Project Manager will act as the main point of contact throughout the life of the project, responding to constantly changing programmes and providing the client with regular progress reports. Working closely with the design, manufacturing and installation teams and ensuring strict adherence to Heath & Safety regulations, the Project Manager will ensure that the designer’s concept is transformed into reality.
